Copper Water Features UK

All products remain the property of copper water features UK until paid in full. It is the clients responsibility to provide safe and secure electrical points to any outdoor water feature. Copper Water Features UK do not install any water features.  It is the clients responsibility to provide a suitable underground levelled surface for all features. It is the clients responsibility to ensure water level is always adequate for the feature to work. Water pump maintenance is the responsibility of the client once installed and working from first set up. Once a design has been placed in-situ no refunds can be issued, however we will endeavour to resolve any issues.  Any alterations after delivery will be quoted , as will any additions to an existing feature. 

Copper Water Features UK only supply within the UK.

We adhere strictly to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect personal information about you, such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address in order to process an order or to handle an enquiry. We do not release personal information to other traders or third parties, except to process an order - for delivery for example.
