COMMISSION A COPPER WATER FEATURE

All commissions are created to the clients requirements, if you have an area such as a large or small pond or a position you would like to fill with a beautiful water feature then please get in contact .

Height, width and design can be discussed, and we will keep you informed as your creation is being hand made by myself, everything is cut by hand and no two pieces are identical. 

We also design non water features as memorial ornaments, from one flower to half a dozen to represent a personal memory at a time of loss for the family members and a keepsake to remember them by. 

We ask for good lead time to make any commission so depending on your requirements we will always look to deliver on time. For all orders where you wish to make any of our standard pieces larger or smaller, or you want to enquire about something completely different, then please use this link (commission enquiry) to leave your details and we will call you as soon as possible. Please note that a non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid upfront at the time of ordering. This will not affect your consumer rights, but compensates Copper Water Features UK for the use of materials that have been purchased  or used, should a client change their mind once work has begun.

DPD COURIERS

Payment for Commission pieces will be sent via a paypal link to your email.  This will also include postage cost. A receipt will also be emailed at the same time. Postage for commissioned Water Features is with DPD, door to door , this cost varies by KG weight, so we will confirm cost prior to sending, (guide prices £9.95 usually).
